AgriGate is a facilitator and coordinator, assisting groups of people to move forward, make decisions and achieve action plans. AgriGate was developed to improve communication and ensure action within groups, teams, value chains and families. AgriGate believes that meaningful communication is the key to productivity, and satisfying business, family and value chain relationships.
The AgriGate Model The AgriGate Model is a representation of our philosophy and approach to working with groups of rural people. This model has been developed and tested over several years.

AgriGate brings a unique blend of passion, empathy and transparency to any group task. We ensure accountability, structure and enable meaningful communication to occur within the group. The outcome is that our groups achieve heightened group participation, enjoy effective decision making and are high performers.

The AgriGate Logo We are often asked the origins of our logo, so we'll satisfy your curiosity!
- AgriGate is a pun on the word 'aggregate', meaning the collective or group. We chose this word because we believe we can achieve more as a group than we can as individuals.
- The green lines form a gateway, because we encourage groups to look outside the farm gate and towards global trends, and beyond individual needs to a group benefit.
- The arrow head at the top of the open gate symbolises vision, the future, goals and achievement.
- Lime green represents youth, innovation, enthusiasm, passion and freshness.
- Royal blue represents the quality of our products, loyalty and commitment to our groups, and the traditional aspects of our rural culture we wish to preserve.
When this logo was developed, a colleague working in agriculture said "you can't use lime green - it looks like you're nitrogen deficient!" AgriGate is not afraid to do things differently………
