1. Working Together: Understanding Personality Types Workshop is based on the highly regarded Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI) which is a statistically robust tool for identifying and understanding differences in personality.  It is probably the most enlightening workshop you will ever do. 
Duration:   1 Day

2.  Working Together:  Communicating Effectively is a workshop designed to give you some practical skills to help you get your message across.  We look at negotiation techniques, gender differences, communication patterns, how to run successful meetings and teleconferences and how to handle difficult people and difficult situations.  
Duration:   1 Day
Requirements:  Participants must have completed the Understanding Personality Types workshop

3.  MBTI Expanded Interpretive Report II (EIR II) is a workshop for the ‘MBTI junkie’ who wants to take a more in-depth look at the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator. 
Duration:   ½ Day

4.  E-Newsletters are a really great way to keep your group members or chain partners informed. The frequency and content is modified to suit the needs of the group. Talk to us if you think your group could benefit from this form of communication.

5.  Working Together Workbooks have been developed to help you work more effectively in group situations.
